I, Mag. (FH) Johannes Würmer, operate this website for the purpose of providing comprehensive information about my services and as a platform for establishing contact and communication.

The protection of your data

Processor

I remain responsible for the protection of your data even if I use contract processors. I have concluded contracts with the processors in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR to ensure compliance with data protection. How is your data collected?

Other data can be used to analyze your user behavior. In accordance with Section 96 (3) TKG 2003, the consent of the person concerned is required for this. Tracking only takes place on this website using Google Analytics if you have consented to this processing in the cookie banner. Web statistical data such as IP address, time of entry, time of exit, URLs and device are processed.

Data that you provide when you contact us either via the contact forms or via email/telephone (name, email address, message) will be stored to process the request and in case of follow-up questions. The legal basis for this data processing is the conclusive consent in accordance with Article 6 Paragraph 1 Letter a GDPR, which is given by sending the message.     1.1 Server log files

    The provider of the pages automatically collects and stores information in so-called server log files, which your browser automatically transmits to me. These are:

    This website is hosted by an external service provider (hoster). The personal data collected on this website is stored on the host’s servers. This can be v. a. These include IP addresses, contact requests, meta and communication data, contract data, contact details, names, website access and other data generated via a website.

    The host is used for the purpose of fulfilling the contract with my potential and existing customers (Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. b GDPR) and in the interest of a secure, fast and efficient provision of my online offer by a professional provider (Art. 6 Para . 1 lit. f GDPR). The hoster will only process your data to the extent necessary to fulfill its service obligations and follow my instructions regarding this data.

    My website uses so-called “cookies”. Cookies are small text files and do not cause any damage to your device. If you send me inquiries using the contact form, your details from the inquiry form, including the contact details you provided there, will be stored by me in order to process the inquiry and in case of follow-up questions. If you contact me by email or telephone, your request including all resulting personal data (name, request) will be stored and processed by me for the purpose of processing your request. I will not pass on this data without your consent.

This data is processed on the basis of Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. b GDPR, provided that your request is related to the fulfillment of a contract or is necessary to carry out pre-contractual measures.
