The flats are spread over four different villas, which gives an even stronger feeling of home, as opposed to a typical hotel block. The entire resort is surrounded by a ring wall and only customers of the resort have access. The entire resort is under video surveillance, which guarantees maximum security. The flats and studios, or even entire villas, are rented out to international companies.
These companies allocate accommodation to their customers, employees and business partners as required. In this way, the companies expand their own infrastructure and clearly differentiate themselves from their competitors. The minimum rental period is 1 year, with the option of cancelling at any time with 3 months’ notice.
